What countries does JOSH GOOT ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please contact customer service if you'd like to know if we ship to you.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Paypal.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information and instructions on how to track your order. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact customer service who will be able to provide you with this information.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you are interested in an item which is currently out of stock on our website in your desired size, we may be able to source this product. Please contact customer service or click 'enquire' on the product page with your interest.

How can I pre-order items?

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product page along with the estimated delivery month(s). Please be advised that payment in full is required for online pre-orders only and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. If you are interested in part payments, you may pre-order through our store via phone +61 2 9356 2233 or email shop@joshgoot.com with a 50% deposit. Balance payment(s) can be made when the product arrives in store. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they are delayed.
